Upon purchase of your booking you will receive an email or text confirmation with the date and time of your appointment.
It is the client’s responsibility to make note of and remember their appointment date and time.
This booking fee will be deducted at your appointment. However any customer who does not show up for their appointment, without providing a minimum of 48 hours notice will have their appointment considered as the service received in full.
If the patient wishes to reschedule a “no-show” appointment, they will then have to pay the related re-booking fee of $100.
To avoid any difficulty, a voicemail box is made available to you at 514-651-2632.
Text messages are also receivable to the same telephone number as well as the available email address: info@cliniquemec.com , to allow you to conveniently notify us of your absence at any time.
Understand that this delay of minimum 48 hours allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another customer as we rely on a carefully planned schedule to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients.
We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
